Madera Special Investigation Unit coordinated a multi agency crackdown that resulted in 28 gang affiliated arrests | City of Madera Police Department

Madera SIU coordinated a multi agency directed enforcement aimed at reducing gang crime and ensuring compliance with the conditions of probation and parole. It was a very productive enforcement action which resulted in 27 felony arrests, 1 misdemeanor arrest and the seizure of two firearms. Of the 28 arrested, 16 of them were gang members. Special thanks to Madera County Probation, Chowchilla Police Department, Madera Corrections and State Parole for their assistance.
