Today at 11:30, Juan Aguiar was observed breaking into a home in the 1000 block of Georgia Ave. Officers were quick to respond and set up a perimeter around the location. Aguiar was then caught as he was seen exiting the front of the home with several stolen items. This was made possible, thanks to a concerned neighbor who got involved and called police. This is just another great example of how working together, solves crime. MT
