Due to the increase in stolen vehicle incidents that we reported to you earlier this week, your patrol officers have been hard at work attempting to locate the stolen vehicles and arrest those responsible. Today Officer Vasquez arrested Jonathan Guzman (1st picture). Officer Vasquez recovered a stolen vehicle and checked the surrounding surveillance footage. Officer Vasquez immediately recognized Jonathon from a previous arrest. Jonathon was arrested for the vehicle theft and a probation violation. Officer Anaya conducted a traffic stop on a stolen vehicle today and arrested the driver Ricky Fuller (2nd picture). Ricky was arrested on the vehicle theft, several warrants and a drug charge. 3512
