Chowchilla football runs over Dos Palos | The Merced Sun-Star

It took a little while for the Chowchilla ground game to get going.

Once it did, Dos Palos had no answer. The Redskins racked up 326 rushing yards on 39 carries, running off 42 unanswered points in the second and third quarters as they cruised past the Broncos 42-0 on Friday night.

Ronnie Reyes led a balanced attack, carrying nine times for a game-high 94 yards and two touchdowns. Five different Redskins (4-0) ran for a score in the victory, including Bernanrdo Bustillos, who rushed for a 60-yard score and added six catches for 86 yards.

Tre Walker led Dos Palos (2-2) with eight carries for 52 yards, but the Bronco offense only mustered 99 total yards on the night and turned the ball over three times.
